You can stand on it to do the exercises with the bands and it doesn’t feel like it’s going to cave in. It’s definitely not cheap plastic. Thank you! 🌟

The best store!! abfusion is amazing, and the shipping was fast.Just received this the other day and finally pulled it out of the box and used it. Definitely will be incorporating this board in to my workouts. I did some waist and abdomen training and after about 10 minutes I could feel it. Good resistance

I use this daily. Its easy to put together. Everything works well. I can do all of the same workouts that the videos show. I can definitely feel the tension and the burn while using it. It makes working out a little more fun and desirable for someone who just does not enjoy working out. I was afraid it was going to be loud, but its pretty good. It also came with the batteries for the timer which was nice .Love it! 💯
